Controlled test conditions for RF modules
RF module qualification places a module under repeatable electrical, thermal and protection conditions before it is used in a larger assembly or production workflow. The setup commonly includes calibration kits, RF loads or dummy loads, air-cooled thermal assemblies, reflected-power monitoring and protection modules around the device under test.
Qualification boundary
The useful data is tied to load condition, thermal path, duty cycle, mismatch behavior, protection response, measurement reference and connector repeatability. These conditions separate normal module behavior from bench setup effects, so the same module can be compared across design review, incoming inspection and production verification.
