This notice applies to the LCRF website and related inquiry, quotation, subscription and business communication processes. LCRF is the public product and website identity used for these RF and microwave activities.

The legal contracting entity and transaction details shown on an issued quotation, proforma invoice, contract or invoice govern that transaction.

Data we process

• Contact and project data you provide, including name, business email, telephone number, company, country, product interests, specifications, messages and uploaded files.
• Commercial and service records needed for quotations, orders, payments, delivery, quality documentation, support and legal compliance.
• Newsletter data, including email address, locale, consent version, consent time, subscription status and source page.
• Security and server records, which may include IP address, user agent, request time and error or abuse signals.
• First-party analytics data only after analytics consent, including visitor and session identifiers, page and CTA activity, referral path, UTM parameters, screen size, language, time zone, device type and approximate region derived from the network address.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to answer requests, prepare quotations, take pre-contract steps, perform contracts, deliver products and documentation, maintain security, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and improve the website. Newsletter delivery and optional analytics rely on consent where consent is required. Security, service reliability and ordinary B2B administration may rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis available under applicable law.

Recipients and international processing

Data may be processed by authorized personnel and contracted providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, communications, file storage, delivery, professional advice or regulatory duties. We disclose data to authorities when legally required. The current public site does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because projects and infrastructure may be international, data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use contractual, organizational or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

• First-party analytics events are retained for no more than 395 days; raw IP address and full user-agent values are removed after 7 days while derived and pseudonymous fields may remain for the analytics period.
• Privacy consent records are retained for up to 730 days to demonstrate and respect the recorded choice.
• Newsletter data remains active until unsubscribe or withdrawal; a limited suppression record may be retained to prevent unwanted resubscription.
• Inquiry and transaction records are retained for the business relationship and any additional period required for warranty, accounting, tax, export, dispute or other legal duties.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a competent authority. California residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, limit and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.

Security, children and updates

We use access controls, transport security, audit logging, minimization and retention controls appropriate to the data and service. No system can guarantee absolute security. This B2B site is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect children's personal data.
