Electronics Production RF Test
Electronics production test is used on manufacturing lines for RF boards, microwave modules and finished electronic assemblies. The work usually combines fixtures, controlled cabling, switch paths, signal conditioning and power checks so each unit is measured under repeatable conditions.
Manufacturing context
Unlike development characterization, production testing is built around takt time, fixture life, station-to-station correlation and clear acceptance limits. Connector wear, fixture contact, path loss drift and calibration interval can change measured values even when the unit under test is unchanged.
Relevant RF data
Useful records include station topology, reference cables, fixture revision, calibration date, power sensor range, switch matrix path, test temperature and the limits used for release or rework decisions.
