Low-pass filters
Low-pass filters keep the lower-frequency portion of an RF or microwave path while attenuating energy above the cutoff region. They are commonly placed where harmonics, switching products or higher-band leakage must be reduced before the signal reaches another stage or output port.
Harmonic and upper-band cleanup
Key data includes cutoff frequency, transition slope, passband insertion loss, return loss, stopband rejection, power handling, connector type, package size and temperature behavior. These values affect amplifier outputs, converter paths, signal sources, measurement fixtures and systems that need controlled high-frequency roll-off.
